O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register F.I.R. based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.11.2015 on the file of the second respondent police and to take follow up action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 27.11.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed in C.S.R.No.400 of 2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
