Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.12,500/- each (totally a sum of Rs.50,000/-) in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1803 of 2021, dated 15.02.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were unable to mobilise the fund, since the mobilise amount of Rs.50,000/- is onerous condition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2199 of 2021 4.This Court earlier considered the facts of the case had made such order. In view of the same, no modification is necessary. 5.Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, time for comply the condition is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
