PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to grant direction, directing the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take the complaint, dated 14.02.2015 sent by the petitioner into investigation and register the same in accordance with law and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take the complaint, dated 14.02.2015 sent by the petitioner into investigation and register the same in accordance with law and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the case has been transferred to Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Kovilpatti West Police Station and after investigation, they have closed the petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
