Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madras High Court, Madras and file a memo evidencing compliance before the Registry.
4. On filing such memo, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case for admission.
