ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1839 of 2025, dated 04.02.2025 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.

2. Mr.R.Mathiyalagan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are coolie workers and they are unable to get Solvency Certificate from the Revenue Authority, due to which they unable to execute the sureties. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 17.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1839 of 2025, dated 04.02.2025.
