This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.254 of 2024 and complete the trial within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.254 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
