ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 417, 418 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.18 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner is figuring as second accused. The defacto complainant is the proprietor of one Hotel South Avenue and Mary Brown. The petitioner was appointed as Manager. The specific allegation of the defacto complainant is that audit of the accounts revealed that there has been misappropriation by the petitioner to the tune of Rs.
10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only). 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the misappropriated amount is yet to be recovered. Custodial interrogation is absolutely required. 4.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
