2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that enquiry was conducted based on the petitioner's representation and the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in accordance with law. 18-02-2026 KSA 2/4
