ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.47 of 2020 from the file of the second respondent police to some other agency.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the second respondent already completed the investigation and about to file a final report.
3.In view of the above, at this stage, transfer of investigation would affect the entire investigation. Therefore, transfer of investigation cannot be granted. However, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the second respondent.
