CRIME NO.436 OF 2020 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.287 of 2021 dated 11.1.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.287 of 2021 on 11.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

CRL MP(MD) No.2200 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.287 of 2021 on 11.01.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
