PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable court that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Srivaigundam every monday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.(MD). NO. 861 of 2025 dt. 23.01.2025 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD). No.861 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22267 of 2024, dated 23.01.2025.

2. Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.6(b) imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P(MD). No.861 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22267 of 2024, dated 23.01.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
