(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the e-auction notice dated 03.03.2022 issued by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to furnish the statement of accounts of his loan account in A/c.No.31256940930 so as to apply the policy of restructuring the same. 2.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner paid the entire outstanding amount under the one time settlement offered by the respondent and he seeks return of the title document of the petitioner.

In the light of the above submission, the petitioner can approach the respondent seeking return of the title document and the respondent shall consider the said request, if there are no legal impediments.
