ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the name of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein is an accused in Crime No.115 of 2011 and she has already obtained an order of bail from the Court concerned and therefore there is no justification for the respondent to call the petitioner for enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that presence of the petitioner is not at all required for enquiry before the respondent.
