ORDER

This writ petition is filed for WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondent to accept the certified copies of the documents and proceed with the registration of the properties identified under Grama NathamS.No. 200/IB, S.No. 201/30, and PunjaS.No. 382A/1B1F, New S.No. 983/4 of Melaambasamudram village, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District in Doc Nos. 1034/2011 dated 27.06.2011, Doc No.1036/2011 dated 27.06.2011 and Doc No.841/2016 dated 16.06.2016 within the time frame stipulated by this court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
