PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.477 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 seeking bail for the alleged offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC.

2.The petitioner herein has murdered the paramour of his mother on 27.12.2019 with assistance of three other persons. The deceased died on the spot. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that almost investigation is completed and waiting for chemical analysis report. He would also submit that police has taken custody of the petitioner on 10.01.2020 and recorded statement in which he has admitted his guilt.

4. Referring the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the counsel for the petitioner, who seeks bail, this Court taking note of the gravity of crime and abscondance of the petitioner for a week and surrendering gives an impression that if he is released on bail,he will not be available for completion of investigation fairly.
