PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondent to accept the certified copies of the documents and proceed with the registration of the properties identified under Natham S.No.369/2A1A situated at South Street, Melapalayam, Ward No.4, Now Ward-9, Mela Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District and S.No.382A/1B1F New Natham S.No.983/4 of Thilagarpuram Main Road, Ward No.14, Mela Ambasamudram Village of Tirunelveli District in Doc No.831 of 2016 dated 15.06.2016 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondent to accept the certified copies of the documents and proceed with the registration of the properties identified under Natham S.No.369/2A1A situated at South Street, Melapalayam, Ward No.4, Now Ward-9, Mela Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District and S.No.382A/1B1F New Natham S.No.983/4 of Thilagarpuram Main Road, Ward No.14, Mela Ambasamudram Village of Tirunelveli District in Doc No.831 of 2016 dated 15.06.2016 within the time frame stipulated by this court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
