This petition has been filed to direct respondents 3 & 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and the case has been registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the petitioner in Cr.No.1 of 2016 and after the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and the same was not taken on file and the petitioner is also a habitual offender and he was included in the History sheet. Further, he submitted that now there is no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner. 4.Recording submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
