ORDER

The petitioner wants this Court to grant permission for conducting the petition mentioned event. The event is to be celebrated this evening between 07.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. 2.The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner will conclude the event by 10.00 p.m. There is no rival claim and the event is not likely to give rise to any law and order problem. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event. It is of course open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions with regard to timing and other aspects for ensuring the smooth conduct of the event. W.P.(MD)No.4727 of 2020 3.Mr.Tamilselvam, H.C.No.341 is present in person before this Court. He is directed to intimate the second respondent about the passing of this order. 4.With these observations, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
