ORDER

This direction petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give a police protection to the petitioner and his vehicle TATA ACE bearing Registration No.TN 63 AB 29 39 and Hyundai Eon Car bearing Registration No.TN 63 AC 74 75 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2014 and take action in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his vehicles through a complaint dated 28.03.2014. Now, 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
