This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.472 of 2015 dated 12.06.2015 within a time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.
