This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the compliant dated 31.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that already based on the complaint received from one Sankara Subramanian, a case has been registered as against one Parivar Diaries & Allied Limited @ PDA Foundation Financial Limited in Crime No.1 of 2016. She further submitted that more than 6000 complaints have been received against the Company viz., Parivar Diaries & Allied Limited @ PDA Foundation Financial Limited, Madurai and the petitioner is added as witness no.5953 taking on file the complaint given by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), that case has been already registered against Parivar Diaries & Allied Limited @ PDA Foundation Financial Limited, Madurai, and the petitioner is added as witness, this criminal original petition is closed.
