: Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned circulars of the 2nd respondent dated 24.05.2019 and 29.05.2019 in reference No.4053/E3/1/2019-TC and to quash the same insofar as it relates to the attendance of the Speciality Transfer Counselling by the petitioner and further directing the second respondent not to disturb the petitioner from the post of Tutor Bio Chemistry in the 3rd respondent College.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned circulars of the 2nd respondent, dated 24.05.2019 and 29.05.2019 in reference No.4053/E3/1/2019-TC and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placed the written instructions given by the second respondent, wherein it has been stated that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 03.06.2019, the petitioner viz., Dr.P.Mohankumar, has attended the transfer and posting counselling for the speciality of Bio-chemistry, which was held on 04.06.2019 and he was given option to the vacant post of Tutor in Biochemistry. Further, he has also served the said copy of the communication to the counsel for the petitioner and he has also satisfied with the said order.

4. In the light of the said communication, dated 10.06.2019, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
