Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.12.2020 under the criminal law by conducting an effecting investigation as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.12.2020.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner lodged complaint on 28.12.2020, before the third respondent and it is pending for enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that no complaint has been received from the petitioner even till today.

W.P(MD)No.5644 of 2021 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
