ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4
482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has advanced a loan to one Saravanabhava and since the same was not paid, the petitioner has already filed a complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and the same is pending. He would further submit that the said Saravanabhava has also lodged a complaint before the North Police Station and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and subsequently, another complaint came to be lodged before the first respondent and the second respondent has issued summons directing the petitioner to appear before them.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance of the complaint given by the said Saravanabhava before the first respondent, the same was forwarded to the second respondent and the second respondent has issued summons directing the petitioner to appear before them. further submit that since the complaint of the said Saravanabhava has already been closed, instruction were issued to close the matter.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
