This petition is filed to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the petitioners and Mr.N.Pragalad Ravi, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 1/3
