This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Mr.M.Silambarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner by interfering with his business.

3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that no petition/complaint is lodged against the present petitioner and that the respondents never harass the present petitioner.

4.In the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
