Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the case in Spl.S.C.No.12 of 2020 on the file of the Honble Special Court for Trial of Cases Registered under SC/ST(POA) Act, Ramanathapuram to any other competent court in any other District in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 27.04.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Special Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases Registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram (FAC) in D.No.902 dated 20.11.2023 seeking further extension of a further time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.12 of 2020, this Court made the following order:

"Today this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time of Lower Court".

2. The learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram (FAC), has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.12 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 27.04.2023.

3. Perused.

4. The reasons stated in the letter, dated 20.11.2023 is accepted and a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
