ORDER

The petitioner herein is the wife of the respondent. The respondent has filed H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2018 before the Family Court, Sivagangai, seeking divorce. The petitioner is based in Dindigul. It will be difficult for the petitioner to come over to Sivagangai and contest the proceedings.

2.Taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a women, I withdraw H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2018 from the file of Family Court, Sivagangai and transfer it to Sub Court, Vedasanthur, Dindigul District.
