RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.870 of 2023 dt.11.1.2023 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAMED HASHIM A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.870 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and the same is yet to be taken on file. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.870 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.3402 of 2023 modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi on 13.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
