ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to further investigate in Crime No.236 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.236 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.
