This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.07.2014 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that subsequent to the direction issued by this Court on 29.06.2016, the respondent police conducted enquiry and it came to light the disputed property belongs to the Government and the proposed accused have given statement and they handed over the property and hence, the petition was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
