The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to regularize the petitioner's service at 4th respondent School as Secondary Grade Teacher from her date of
initial appointment with effect from 09.07.1997 with all monetary benefits and pensionary benefits as per G.O.No.413 issued by the Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2014.
2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to
4. The petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2014, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, is still pending with the 3rd respondent without any consideration. Therefore, the petitioner had given one more representation/reminder, very recently, on 05.04.2018, but any how, her earlier representation dated 03.06.2014 is still pending.
5. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the respondents in this regard.
6.In view of the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction:
That the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to consider the request of the petitioner, which was submitted by way of representation dated 03.06.2014, on merits and in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order thereon within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to submit more materials including a copy of the order of this Court in support of her request. No costs.
