Prayer in CRP(MD)No.79 of 2017:- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 03.10.2016 passed in IA No.511 of 2014 in OS No.151 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Karur. ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 25/11/2021 made in CRP(MD) No.79 of 2017 and perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.Senthil, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

This Petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition in CRP(PD)(MD)No.79 of 2017 dated 25.11.2021 to dispose the suit in O.S.No.151 of 2011 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Karur by six months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CMP(MD)No.2256 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per order dated 25.11.2021 in CRP(PD)(MD)No.79 of 2017, this Court directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Karur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.151 of 2011 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the petitioner has filed I.A.Nos.1 to 4 of 2022 to receive the documents. Hence, he seeks extension of time to dispose the said suit. 3.Since I.A.Nos.1 to 4 of 2022 are pending, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for a period of three months to dispose of O.S.No.151 of 2011 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
