ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested on 16.03.2015 in pursuance of the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 28.02.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under sections (*)457 and 394 (NP) r/w section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (PA) Act, in Crime No.78 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.04.2013, the petitioner, who is the neighbour of the de-facto complainant cut the Talli from the de-facto complainant.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to previous motive, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner was already arrested and released on bail and due to communication gap between the petitioner and his counsel, he could not appear before the trial court on 28.02.2014.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case and he was arrested very recently.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District Judge,(PCR), Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court for all future hearings without fail (*)in Special S.C.No.41 of 2013.
