PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction to transfer the files of Crime No.22/2013 from the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent or 4th respondent and to conduct further investigation of the case and file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to issue a direction to transfer the files of Crime No.22/2013 from the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent or 4th respondent and to conduct further investigation of the case and file final report. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.52 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
