To prefer the Memorandum of Grounds of the Writ appeal before this Honourable Court against the order dated 15.11.2019 passed by the Honourable Ms. JUSTICE V.M.VELUMANI made in W.P.(MD) No.19205 of 2019, if the following among other. Prayer in WP(MD). 19205 of 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To call for the records connected with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.35/Ni-2/2019, dated 23.05.2019, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the family benefit fund of Rs.3,00,000/- due to the death of the petitioners wife namely Sudha, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.57 Finance Department, 22.02.2016.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Alleging that the order of this Court in W.A(MD)No.1477 of 2021, dated 23.07.2021, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition. 2.Mrs.Kaleeshwari, Administrative Officer in the office of the Joint Director of Health Services, Ramanathapuram District, is present in person. She has got the cheques for Rs.2,98,440/- after deducting Rs.60/- per month for a period of 28 months, from Rs.3,00,000/- payable under G.O.Ms.No.57, Finance (Pension) Department, dated 22.02.2016. The details of the cheques are as follows:
