ORDER

The petitioner seeks relief of writ of mandamus, to consider his representation dated 08.10.2024, for correction in the UDR records.

2. I have heard Mr.S.Gokulraj, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, it would suffice to issue direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to petitioner as well as the respondents 5 and 6. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
