ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 448,324 of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the second petition for anticipatory bail and the earlier petition for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner was dismissed recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)that there was no petition enquiry pending nor a case registered against the petitioner. After the dismissal of the earlier petition, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that there is no petition enquiry pending nor a case registered against the petitioner.
