2.The petitioners have also moved these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions to delete the respondents 2 & 4 from the array of the respondents in main writ petitions, as they have wrongly impleaded the Vice Chancellor of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University as a party to the proceedings.

3.Mr.Jeyamohan, the learned counsel has entered appearance for the fourth respondent and submits that the fourth respondent /Vice Chancellor has been unnecessarily added as a party to this proceedings and therefore, his name has to be deleted. 4.In view of the above, the respondents 2 & 4 are deleted from array of the respondents in W.P(MD)Nos.3622 & 3623 of 2026. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the cause title.
