ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent No.1/State and perused the records.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that neither a petition nor an FIR is pending against the Petitioner.
4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
