2. Heard Mr.D.Shamugaraja Sethupathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to investigation the case in Crime No.549 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police has been closed as mistake of fact.
