The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 24.06.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.986 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Additional Subordinate Court), Tirunelveli.

2.Despite receipt of notice, the first respondent has not turned up.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for second respondent and also perused the records.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in regular course.
