This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case/FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 6.4.2015 and investigate into the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is transferred to Tirupuvanam Police Station.
