Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2019 with regard to participate and celebrating the temple festival in his village viz., Madakaruppan and Muniyandi Swamy Temple i.e situated at Seenimadai Village, Milaganur Post, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District to be held on 07.06.2019. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.05.2019 with regard to participate and celebrating the temple festival in his village

viz., Madakaruppan and Muniyandi Swamy Temple i.e situated at Seenimadai Village, Milaganur Post, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District to be held on 07.06.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is having right to conduct the festival in the above said temple, but, the respondents, Police preventing him from conducting the festival. Hence, he made a representation dated 27.05.2019 and the same was not considered so far. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the above said relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering fact that the matter is relating to civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6, the respondents 1 to 4 is not having any right to intervene the civil right of the parties concerned. Hence, the request made by the Writ Petitioner cannot be considered.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for his remedy. No costs.
