ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A), 294(b), 506(i) IPC., and Section 4 of TNPWH Act,in Crime No.21 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint by stating that this petitioner along with others said to have made harassment in order to bring additional dowry and thereby all the accused said to have attacked the defacto complainant and driven her out from the matrimonial home. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed and hence, he opposed for granting anticipatory bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of offence, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, on condition that the petitioner herein shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
