When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has completed the investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against the accused persons filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.114 of 2021 and after trial, the trial Court has disposed the main case itself on 09.01.2023.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
