ORDER

The petitioner is not a licencee. In the tender, one Balakumar was declared as the highest bidder. However, tender has not been awarded to him. The petitioner has however prayed for writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to provide the license already granted on 31.12.2021, vide Na.Ka.No.A3/1761/6714/2021 for shop No.6714 of Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District and consequently direct the second respondent to prevent the intrusion of outsiders obstructing the daily business of petitioner's snacks centre attached with shop No.6714, by considering petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2022. In any event, the first respondent has been asked to not to issue licence and close down all bar which were to operate contrary to Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.4449 of 2022 the decision of the Principal Seat of this Court in W.P.No.27352 of 2021 etc. batch (S.Jagannathan Vs The Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited and others), vide order, dated 31.01.2022. There is no merit in the writ petition. The writ petition therefore stands dismissed. No costs.
