ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.1593 of 2020 and to file a final report in accordance with law within that period. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that five persons are named in the FIR. The occurrence took place on 16.07.2020. So far no progress has been taken by the police. The petitioner is aged about 80 years. He is often threatened by the accused and prayed for a direction to file the final report within a time frame.

3.On the side of the respondents 1 and 2, it is stated that a case was registered against the accused in Crime No.1593 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 448, 468, 427 , 294(b), 506(ii) and 420 of IPC and prayed five months time to file the final report. 4.In the above circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are hereby directed to investigate the matter and to file a report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
