Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
