O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that they have included the petitioner's name in the list of seniority for granting compassionate appointment.

2. The contention of the petitioner is, his name was found in the seniority list, as serial No.143. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Collector to appoint in any of the available vacancy, in accordance with law.

3. In the meanwhile the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent/Transport Corproation submitted that the respondents would grant compassionate appointment to the petitioner, as on when the seniority arises.
